Archimedes Space
Float Left Labs is pleased to announce the opening of Archimedes Space. Archimedes Space has a mission is to provide freelancers and small companies a space which they can share to work, converse, and make new connections, while also mentoring the students of Float Left Labs. Float Left Labs is a non profit organization.
Interested in trying it out? Every Wednesdays are Jelly Days at Float Left Labs! Come Spend the day working in the space for a small donation. The doors are open from 9:30 to 6 and internet is provided.
Archimedes Space shares an office with Float Left Labs. The CoWorking space is a large room broken down into 6 tubs. 4 tubs will be set up with space for 2 or more people to work, 1 tub is set up as a small meeting room (4-5 people) and the final tub will be set up as a more relaxing living type room for everyone to share. In addition there are 2 restrooms, a kitchen; with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, free on street parking and a larger conference room (up to 10 people). The Float Left Labs fellowship students work in a separate room known as The Lab.
Membership Structure and Benefits :
Basic $50/month
- Access to 1 shared desk, at a time, up to 5 days a month, available per schedule
- Use of wireless internet
- Use of printers
- Use of kitchen area (refrigerator,microwave,coffee maker)
- Use of conference room as available per schedule
- Access to events occurring in Archimedes space/ Float Left Labs
Lite $100/month
- Access to 1 shared desk, at a time, up to 15 days a month, available per schedule
- All benefits listed above
Full time $200/month
- Access to 1 dedicated desk, full time
- Access to dedicated lockable drawer, to be used for storage
- All benefits listed above
Principle $400/month
- Access to 2 dedicated desks, full time, in a dedicated tub (cubical)
